The thing that I try to promote most in my life and the studio is positivity and happiness. We all have our ups and downs. However, hopefully we all see that there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. I’m not the loudest or outspoken guy around but in my class I say what needs to be said. Sometimes it’s funny and other times it’s a mistake. I can promise you one thing though. I mean in!


If I’m not hanging out in my hood Kensington, you can find me in one of Calgary’s amazing cocktail spots or restaurants. I also get out to the mountains as much as possible. I love to hike, scale mountains, float the rivers and fish. I’m a very loyal Toronto sports fan so whenever someone’s in town you’ll find me there.

Well for drinks my favourite non alcoholic drink would have to be ice cold water. I know it’s boring but a full Brita from the fridge is hard to beat. Secondly, anything whisk(e)y based or agave-based (cocktail or otherwise).

As for food, Italian or Barbecue would top the list. I would say Thai food but I had a really, really, really bad reaction last year in Koh Phi Phi. I’m a little scared to eat it now. Ask me about the photo evidence. I’ll show you...
