What Motivates you about being a Motivator?

I am a huge promotor of health and fitness! It is not only my every day job as a personal trainer but also a passion of mine to help guide others through their fitness journeys. Too many of us go through life thinking “I wonder what could have been…”. Don’t give yourself the opportunity to ask “what if”?. No matter what your personal goals are or reasoning for coming to YYC Cycle, we are all a community, a family. We are here to learn, develop and break boundaries together. My favourite ways to motivate the biker gang is to get them through the tough parts of the 50 minute class by pushing them outside of their comfort zones. I find most people are much stronger than they think they are. They have to choose to change their mind to let physical and mental strength come through and I find that the most inspiring feeling as a motivator when you see the hunger and determination in their eyes. 

How would you describe your classes at YYC CYCLE?

Get ready to feel the ENERGY! New rider or hardcore biker gang member my class will get your heart pumping with intense interval and HIIT tracks…who doesn’t love to sweat! This is not just a spin class or cardio workout. I will encourage you to push yourself through your bodies limits putting aside whatever struggles you may be facing and working towards becoming a stronger, healthier version of yourself!

If you were any animal, what would it be?

A sloth… I’m obsessed.
