What Motivates you about being a Motivator?
It's about finding changes within myself, and facing challenges through vulnerability and fear. It's about pushing myself out of my comfort zone, while pushing others to do the same. Its about making us all strive to become the best version of ourselves. It's about knowing that spin is so much bigger then just a workout. It's about creating a sense of community, love and strength in a room. It is a place for people to unwind, escape, throw away their stresses and struggles of their every day life and really take that 50 minutes for themselves. It's about knowing the impact or difference that 50 minutes can make for someone's day, week, or month.
How would you describe your classes at YYC CYCLE?
I strive to have one of those "feel good" classes. I'll get those endorphins rushing making you feel good and accomplished while in the room, but even better after your done. You''ll be ready to tackle anything the day throws at you. I hope to make you smile the whole damn time. My voice and coaching are bubbly and 100% genuine. I know and believe you can do it. My class is upbeat and fast paced. You'll get your heart pumping right off the get go and will have to push yourself mentally to get through some of the quick tracks. I will push you out of your comfort zone helping you find and fight for more growth and new strength! I'm the motivator who kicks the class' ass with a smile and then hugs them after!
