What motivates me about being a motivator?
Every single person in that spin room! Knowing that each one of them is there for a different reason fuels me to help make the 50 minutes more than just about getting a great workout. I hope they laugh, they cry, and think at least once “that’s my jam!”.
How would you describe your style of class at YYC?
Spontaneous nostalgic dance party. My playlists always include a few familiar throwback jams often remixed to hard hitting beats that are easy to catch on to. Whether it’s a climb or jog or weights track, I want us to get lost in the music and think I can’t believe we just did that! i also always love a good guilty pleasure track during the stretch to help transition the good vibes off the bike too!
What's the craziest thing you've ever done?
I ran my first marathon off the couch in 2013 because I told my friend I would. My integrity is everything.

Khaleesi from Game of Thrones...boss lady of all boss ladies.
