If you want to get a little prepped before your first time riding with the #yycbikergang, take a look at a few tips that we've put together for you bellow:
ARRIVE. Please get to the studio 15-20 minutes before the class starts. Please let our team know that it is your first time here and they will make sure that you are properly set up on the bike, outfitted with cycling shoes, and ready for your first amazing ride.
WEAR. You are in for the ride of your life! Please make sure that you are in comfortable, light, and breathable active clothing to ensure maximum confort. Get ready to sweat!
DRINK. It is very important that you drink lots of water before and during class. Be sure to hydrate properly!
FEEL. Energy is everything! Leave your stress at the door and bring in the best of intentions and attitude to your spin. Your energy will elevate everyone around you and everyone will send their positive vibes your way! Commit your mind, and you will be amazed at what you’re capable of!
LOVE. We want to make sure that your first ride, and every one after that, is everything you ever wanted. Take your ride at your own pace, and our motivators will help elevate you to acheivements that may just surprise you. Every class you will be stronger than the last, so feel free to break through those mental and physical boundaries with us.
