I am a huge promoter of health and fitness! It is not only my everyday job as a personal trainer but also a passion of mine to help guide others through their fitness journeys. Too many of us go through life thinking “I wonder what could have been…”. Don’t give yourself the opportunity to ask “what if”?. No matter what your personal goals are or reasoning for coming to YYC Cycle, we are all a community, a family. We are here to learn, develop and break boundaries together. My favorite ways to motivate the biker gang is to get them through the tough parts of the 50-minute class by pushing them outside of their comfort zones. I find most people are much stronger than they think they are. They have to choose to change their mind to let physical and mental strength come through and I find that the most inspiring feeling as a motivator when you see the hunger and determination in their eyes.
