It's about finding changes within myself, and facing challenges through vulnerability and fear. It's about pushing myself out of my comfort zone, while pushing others to do the same. Its about making us all strive to become the best version of ourselves. It's about knowing that spin is so much bigger then just a workout. It's about creating a sense of community, love and strength in a room. It is a place for people to unwind, escape, throw away their stresses and struggles of their every day life and really take that 50 minutes for themselves. It's about knowing the impact or difference that 50 minutes can make for someone's day, week, or month.
