What motivates you about being a motivator?
I have loved spin since the first time Ive ever tried it, I was instantly addicted. Spin is a workout that changes your body but doesn't feel like a chore to go to. The energy that spring generates is so contagious and it helps people achieve their fitness goals while having fun and making friends and who doesn't want more friends?!
How would you describe your style of class at YYC?
My style of class would be heavy, lots of climbs and hovers, I love songs that are easy to find the beat and always throwing in a sweet 80's remix.
What's the best trip you've been on?
The best trip I have ever been on was driving 38 hours and spending 3 weeks in Alaska
