What motivates me about being a motivator?
I like having the command of the room and pushing people to their limits. Helping them to become whatever it is that made them to decide on coming to spin. It’s not just spin it’s the domino effect it’ll have on your life. Stay positive and happy.
How would you describe your style of class at YYC?
Fun and challenging. Always using a little Italian/Latin flare to keep the biker gang engaged.

If you could be anyone other than yourself, who would it be?
Justin Timberlake. I mean I chose him over Batman, that’s kind epic #justsaying

If you could give one piece of advice, what would it be?
If you’re talking to a moron, best make sure they’re not talking to one as well.

Spin is my therapy! When I finish a class I'm inspired with a sense of electricity that motivates me through my not so easy work days and I want to be able l provide an energy or space to instil that feeling in others.

How would you describe your style of class at YYC?
Sweaty. ;) I love throwing in some unexpected country tracks and focus on the music that makes the heart smile. Always challenging that beat!

What Motivates you about being a Motivator?
The main thing that motivates me about being a motivator, is being able to give back. Joining the Bikergang over a year ago was a game changer for me - physically & mentally. I got caught up in all the momentum that this place has. Now that I have the platform to give back to the bikergang, I cant wait to get up on that bike and hustle it out every week! Everything about this place from the people, the music, the lights, the sweat, the ENERGY - gets me excited to walk through those doors. "People helping people, its powerful stuff".

How would you describe your classes at YYC CYCLE?
t's got EVERYTHING... including the kitchen sink! When those doors close nothing matters except YOU and that BIKE!

Who's your favourite quotes?
"What you do in life, echoes in eternity" - Maximus from Gladiator.... coming in a close second is "Hakuna Matata" - It means no worries for the rest of your days!

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Easy! A Ghostbuster! Que the awesome theme song.

What Motivates you about being a Motivator?
If I can get you from A to B, then I’m f** game - I don’t care how long/how hard it takes, or what your A/B looks like. A wise guy once told me that if I gave him 100%, he’d give me 200% back, and it’s given me this platform to do the same for the biker gang. No more excuses - LET’S GO!

How would you describe your classes at YYC CYCLE?
If you could bring A$AP Rocky, The Chainsmokers, and Diplo to a house party, make a slow-motion montage of cheers-ing solo cups (Swell Bottles), and end with an energizing heart-to-heart (you know, the backyard/spare room/brand new BBF ones)... but you’re really sweaty the whole time.

What's your guilty pleasure?
McDonalds. But it's not even guilty, it's an embraced lifestyle.

What's the best relationship advice you've been given?
It's not about the price tags, it's about the experiences. I've never seen the value in a fancy dinner (also in having my plate of food in arm's reach of someone else), and I've always treasured the adventures I've shared.

What Motivates you about being a Motivator?
The Bikergang. I show up to create a platform for every member of the bikergang to achieve the goals and intentions they hold when walking through the front door of the studio. It is the work achieved within these four walls that overflows into every facet of life.

How would you describe your classes at YYC CYCLE?
Get ready to sweat, grind and hustle through all types of music. From festival beats to old school remixes you will push your limits and unleash energy that you may never know existed.

Messy or Organized?
I lived in organized chaos!

What trait gets you farthest in life?
There's 2. Kindness and Passion.

What motivates you about being a motivator?
Motivating combines two of my biggest passions: people and fitness. Joining the family at YYC Cycle filled a void left from leaving a lifetime of competitive athletics. Being surrounded by like-minded people with common interests has allowed me to re-discover the joy of belonging to a team, which my training was missing. Coaching, inspiring, and getting to know bikergang members of all levels, from someone incorporating spin into their regular fitness regime to a first timer, is what has given me a sense of purpose.

How would you describe your style of class at YYC?
Picture this: It’s Saturday night and your wild weekend plans include Full House re-runs and pizza delivery, until you get peer-pressured into going to some hyped up house party. Instead of putting on jeans and a t-shirt, you throw on some spandex and a sweatband. Just as you expect to be greeted with flat beer in a plastic cup by some frat boy with a popped collar, Grady’s handing you a Happy Water and a chilled, citrus infused face towel. Rather than pumping the keg, you're pumping (and dipping) your arms to the beat of somethin' all kindsa catchy. Right as you look over expecting to see the token "DJ" friend manning the iPod dock, there I am enthusiastically sporting a headset microphone a la Britney Spears, telling you to turn up the resistance.

I want people to walk out of my class feeling electric, with an overwhelming sense of accomplishment, drenched in sweat, smiling ear to ear, all fired up to come back and push even harder.

What would you do if you knew you couldn't fail?
Run away and join the circus (stay tuned…)

3 things you couldn't do without?
Laughter, Friendship, and Bruce Springsteen’s “Dancing in the Dark”
